This position is designed as a hybrid role, integrating estimating, project management support, customer site visits, and roof inspection responsibilities.

Job Duties:
- Perform commercial roofing estimates from repairs through specification-driven projects
- Conduct site visits and roof inspections
- Support project management activities
- Review project specifications and bid documents
- Collaborate with project managers and field operations personnel
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or construction, with a proven track record of developing accurate bids and proposals for projects valued at $250,000
- Driver’s license
