Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily shop operations, keep our inventory structured, and ensure our shop floor and fleet remain organized and operational.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Restructure & Control: Reorganize and optimize warehouse inventory layout, labeling, and accurate stock tracking.
2. Shop Upkeep & Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day shop operational standards, routine facility care, and equipment readiness.
3. Fleet Management: Coordinate regular vehicle inspections, track basic maintenance schedules, and keep transport assets ready for operation.
4. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain high standards of shop cleanliness, safe working conditions, and orderly material and tool storage.

Key Qualifications

1. Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shop coordination, or inventory management.
2. Demonstrated ability to organize physical spaces and restructure inventory systems effectively.
3. Ability to manage basic fleet inspection routines and maintenance schedules.
4. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe shop floor.
5. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
