Comfort Advisor

Grove Mechanical is looking for a driven, personable, fast-moving Comfort Advisor to join our team.

This role is for someone who likes people, likes solving problems, and likes being part of a company that does things the right way. As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners, listen to their concerns, evaluate their comfort needs, and help them choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their home.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to simply “sell equipment.” We’re looking for someone who wants to build trust, serve customers well, and represent Grove Mechanical with professionalism, confidence, and care.

What You’ll Do

As a Comfort Advisor, you will:

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs
• Build trust through clear, honest, helpful communication
• Present and educate customers on HVAC system options and recommendations
• Work closely with the service, install, and office teams
• Represent Grove Mechanical with professionalism in every home

Who We’re Looking For

Sales experience is preferred, but the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most. HVAC experience is not required.
