Grove Manor Estates is an Assisted Living community, conveniently located in Braintree, MA. You will be providing care and companionship to our senior population. We provide free meals for employees, free parking and the opportunity to work with an amazing group of staff.

CNA/HOME HEALTH AIDE Duties:

Bathes, dresses/undresses residents and assists with personal hygiene.
Transports residents as required.

Assists residents in ambulating.
Provides encouragement, support and comfort to patients and family members.
Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Provides age and culturally appropriate care.
Follows Standard Safety Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Assists in screening front entry for Covid-19. Asking questions and taking temperatures of visitors and staff.

CNA/HOME HEALTH AIDE Skills and Qualifications:

Current CNA License in the State of MA (CNA)
or Home Health Aide Certification in the State of Massachusetts.

High School degree or equivalent (GED)

State-approved CNA or HHA education and training program completion; pass competency test following training program in order to gain your state-approved certification

High level of patience, empathy, and compassion

Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
