What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Phone Receptionist position at Grove Internal Medicine?
Duties include: Heavy Phone Calls and routing calls to proper staff members , Call to verify TeleMed or in office patient appointments, collect and update demographic/insurance information, telephone triage, schedule appointments, verification of benefits/eligibility, collect copayments, coinsurance/deductibles. Comfortable with Practice Fusion EMR System.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
Excellent attendance Punctuality
Busy multi-line phone experience required
Professional appearance
Friendly demeanor, Bilingual is a plus.
2 years' experience in a medical office setting is required
Multi-tasking
Bilingual Preferred. Spanish or Mandarin.
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Pay rate: $20-22/ hour, DOE
