Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery is a high-energy, locally owned brewery and winery known for great food, craft beverages, and a welcoming guest experience. Our host team sets the tone the moment guests walk through the door.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring 2 dependable, upbeat hosts who can handle a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure. This is not a stand-and-greet position—you are responsible for keeping the front of house flowing, which includes seating, guest communication, and bussing/resetting tables.
You are the first and last impression of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest promptly with a friendly, confident attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating flow to support efficient service
- Maintain accurate table rotation and communicate with servers and kitchen
- Bus, clean, and reset tables quickly to keep service moving
- Answer phones, take reservations, and provide accurate wait times
- Keep the host stand clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with general front-of-house cleanliness and upkeep
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on, team-driven role

Availability Requirements:
- Evenings and weekends required
- Sunday availability is required
- Must be able to work during busy events and peak seasons
