The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our concession's venues, including Providence Provisions, Wolfgang Puck, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage communication between different departments and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all concessions venues.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required.
- Support management with special projects and events.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
