What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers while accurately processing transactions
- Handle cash and balances with precision
- Assist with daily branch operations, including wire transfers, ACH, and loan documentation
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts
- Promote bank products and services to help customers succeed
Operations Support:
- Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other operational transactions
- Maintain accurate and organized branch records, including reconciliations and reports
- Support loan documentation and administrative processes, including filing and scanning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Verify customer identification in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Report suspicious activity or policy violations to management
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
- Previous banking, teller, or operations experience a plus
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
