This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Veterinary Technician. The Veterinary Technician will assist veterinarians with medical procedures, provide high-quality animal care, educate clients on pet health, monitor anesthesia during surgeries, and ensure pets' overall well-being. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining medical records, preparing treatment areas, and performing diagnostic tests as needed.
- Proficiency in Animal Care and Pet Care best practices
- Strong skills in Veterinary Technology and Anesthesiology
- Experience in Client Education, including communication of treatment plans and pet health tips
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician (preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in veterinary practice or a related field is a plus
