Senior SAP Consultant - Enterprise Data & Digital Solutions

Reporting to the Project Manager, serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for enterprise data transformation initiatives while enhancing Groupsoft’s proprietary AI-based data migration platform. Act as the senior technical subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA data migration strategy for global clients, overseeing technical planning, mapping, cleansing, transformation, and cutover using tools including BODS, LSMW, LTMC, and IDOCs.Provide SME-level guidance on complex data challenges, enable SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) for key domains (material, vendor, customer, finance), and coordinate all test cycles (unit, system integration, and user acceptance) along with test data preparation and defect resolution.During multi-country SAP rollouts, function as the technical lead for data stream activities, coordinating with global and local stakeholders to ensure data consistency. Drive data platform modernization initiatives across SAP projects from blueprinting to hypercare, reducing manual effort across systems.Act as Product Owner for Groupsoft's AI-powered SaaS platform that automates enterprise data migration. As a technical SME, define product vision and strategic roadmap, collaborate with developers to improve architecture, enhance mapping, harmonization, injection, and AI validation. Support multi-tenant scalability, commercial readiness, and internal transformation. As a technical lead, work on sprint cycles, define functional goals with technical feasibility, and ensure best practices across SAP teams.Ensure the platform’s success deployments for SAP S/4HANA clients while advancing AI features to improve data quality and minimize manual work. Lead technical input for RFP/RFI responses, executive pre-sales meetings, and high-impact client demos that combine SAP and proprietary AI platform capabilities, positioning Groupsoft as a leader in enterprise data transformation.Act as a technical representative for Groupsoft at forums including ASUG, deliver technical thought leadership, and generate leads via SAP Alliance collaboration. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to enablement sessions promoting SAP certifications and continuous learning.Coordinate SAP technical scope across S/4HANA (Private/Public Cloud), SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Order to Cash implementations. Align testing, change management, and business coordination, managing cross-module test data to ensure seamless integration.Conduct technical evaluations in Level 1 interviews to assess enterprise data and digital skills. Facilitate SAP trainings, certification workshops, and documentation standardization for consistent delivery. Maintain a strong knowledge-sharing culture across teams to improve methodology and delivery quality.Balance client delivery and long-term innovation. Provide expert-level technical guidance and shape product strategy, advancing internal capabilities while enhancing Groupsoft’s market standing through innovation and thought leadership.Operate as a trusted technical authority from configuration to executive engagements. SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, IDOCs, and SAP Data Migration Cockpit, MDG configuration, SAP BTP, Fiori, Ariba, SuccessFactors, OTC processes, full project lifecycle, data quality strategy, and cutover planning;-

working in global SAP rollouts involving cross-functional teams and data stream alignment;-

managing data cleansing, harmonization, and validation efforts across business units;-

product innovation, enterprise data management, and SaaS tool development;-

SAP retail data models and integration with third-party applications;-

Design, and Development of enterprise data platforms.
