Partnership Development Manager

Groups Recover Together, Inc.
Remote, NH Remote Full Time
POSTED ON 7/25/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/25/2027

Overview

Groups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider that delivers comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Based on the principle that recovery is tied to aspects of life that are beyond the reach of an office visit, our care model includes three core modalities that are proven to help individuals get their lives back on track -- medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation.  We pride ourselves in providing high quality clinical treatment and team-based support needed to build a life worth living sober.

At Groups, the Partnership Development Manager serves as a critical leader within our Growth Organization. We believe everyone deserves access to life-saving treatment. As we integrate Better Life Partners into the Groups family, we're expanding our Partnership Development team to ensure communities continue receiving exceptional access to care throughout New Hampshire.

The Partnership Development Manager serves as the primary external relationship leader for their market. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic referral partnerships across healthcare systems, behavioral health providers, justice-involved organizations, community agencies, employers, and other key stakeholders.

During the integration of Better Life Partners and Groups, this individual will represent and support both organizations, building referral relationships that expand access to treatment while ensuring a seamless experience for partners throughout the transition.

The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship builder who enjoys opening new doors, strengthening existing partnerships, and using data to drive measurable growth. Success is measured by increasing member intakes, expanding high-value referral networks, and becoming a trusted partner throughout the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted expert on our treatment models, mission, and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our care models to healthcare professionals, behavioral health providers, justice-involved agencies, employers, community organizations, and other referral sources.

  • Create standardized referral pathways that allow partners to connect individuals quickly into our rapid intake process.
  • Prospect new partnership opportunities through networking, community engagement, presentations, conferences, and targeted outreach.
  • Build trust with key community stakeholders while expanding awareness of both organizations throughout the integration period.

 Growth & Performance

  • Own territory performance by developing and executing market-specific growth strategies.
  • Establish clear referral pathways that support rapid access to care and improve conversion from referral to intake.
  • Monitor referral trends, partnership performance, and market opportunities using CRM data and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of partnership activity, pipeline management, and referral outcomes within CRM (Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Use data and community insights to prioritize outreach efforts and maximize impact.
  • Travel throughout New Hampshire as needed to support partnership development and community engagement.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent Groups and Better Life Partners at conferences, stakeholder meetings, coalition meetings, educational presentations, and community events.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with organizations that improve access to treatment across healthcare, behavioral health, justice-involved, recovery, and community sectors.
  • Serve as a trusted ambassador for both organizations throughout the integration process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to use discretion and work independently under general supervision.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, outreach, account management, healthcare operations, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business relationships while maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage a territory and competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
  • Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening.  Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid and license/credential verifications.
