SEB PROFESSIONAL UK is the supplier of high-quality, professional coffee machines (B2B) for the WMF, Schaerer, and Curtis brands. From our offices and showroom in Uxbridge, around 160 employees, including 99 service technicians, are responsible for sales and service to hospitality businesses, government institutions, offices, gas stations, and private companies.
Our growing company is part of Groupe SEB: the world's largest manufacturer of personal care, household appliances, and cookware, headquartered in Lyon, France.
What we will achieve together :
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and capitalising on business opportunities within SEB Professional UK Limited . This includes building and nurturing relationships with potential customers while implementing targeted growth strategies. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include achieving defined targets and budgets, planning and forecasting performance, and reporting progress to the line manager while ensuring adherence to company processes. The BDM will drive the implementation of agreed strategies to uncover new business opportunities, stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and proactively address potential risks and opportunities to develop effective sales solutions.. Supporting and representing the company at relevant events and exhibitions is also a core aspect of the role.
Education and Knowledge:
o Sales background and development experience is required
