What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Controlling Manager M/F/X Job Details position at Groupe Bel?
Responsibilities:
Ensure consistency in financial tracking for brands within the team; proactively propose shared tools and methods (for monthly reviews, forecasts, budgets, business plans).
Guarantee the availability of shared data (Power BI, dynamic Excel tools, etc.).
Provide the Group with clear visibility on brand performance summaries (monthly, forecasts, budgets, business plans).
Ensure the brand perspective is fully considered during key decision moments and integrated within the Group's financial systems.
Monitor and coordinate central marketing budgets (research, activation, advertising for global brands).
Coordinate common tools and processes across the team, in collaboration with the Group FP&A team.
Diagnose and implement plans to improve brand profitability.
Oversee the financial tracking of the brand’s strategic prioritie.
Simulate product P&Ls for innovation and renovation projects, in close relation with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
Performance Indicators and Impact (Qualitative & Quantitative):
Relevance and persuasiveness of recommendations.
Understanding of the Group's strategic brand challenges and decision-making processes.
Ability to interact with senior management levels (Brand GM, Operations Director, RID Director).
Timeliness, quality, and reliability of reporting.
Ability to challenge brand and operations teams.
Your Profile
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Control.
Required Professional Skills/Technical Know-How:
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
Strong customer and results orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to challenge and persuade.
Good understanding of marketing, commercial, and industrial issues.
Specific Skills (Languages, Software, etc.):
Fluent English.
Familiarity with reporting tools.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
