JOB SUMMARY
The Experience Pastor at ONE* oversees the worship, creative,
production, and communications teams. This role supports worship
leaders, musicians, and production teams bringing guidance and
direction, mentoring and training, and a pastoral heart to an
excellent worship environment. This leader also guides and directs
the communications process, giving voice to stories of life change
celebrated within the community at ONE*. This role assists and
supports the Lead and Campus Pastors in leading the church well
through music, production, creative communications, and pastoral
care.

CANDIDATE COMPETENCIES
- Holds a college degree or equivalent experience in ministry related area
- Has at least three to five years experience leading worship in a multi-staff environment
- Can play and lead worship from guitar or keyboard
- Has experience in leading and developing staff and ministry partners/volunteers
- Relates well with church guests, members, staff, and volunteers
- Is a flexible and teachable team player
- Can manage the ministry area by utilizing highly developed communication (written and verbal), project
and time management, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality work with minimal supervision within assigned deadlines
- Demonstrates the ability to think strategically while staying focused on accomplishing departmental priorities
- Handles confidential matters and material with excellence
- Must be able to schedule and create service plans in Planning Center Online
- Willing to learn multiple programs and applications for managing tasks and church projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train, and mentor other gifted worship leaders who will not only lead on a weekend but who will be able to work
with possible future church campuses
- Lead all rehearsals with an ability to teach parts and coordinate musical changes with singers and team
- Lead, recruit, train, and schedule multiple teams of musicians, vocalists, tech leaders, etc. to ensure adequate
coverage for all services and programs
- Pastor, coach, and care for the volunteers and staff on worship and production teams. Spend adequate time with
these key volunteers to ensure they are discovering greater life in Christ
- Recruit, train, mentor, and hire operators and programmers who are able to meet the requirements of each area in production
- Understand needs for production to operate (i.e. equipment, operation, technical aspects) on each service and event at
optimal capacity
- Be responsible for developing the people, philosophy, systems, and deadlines related to the production of worship
services and other ministry initiatives
- Lead and create strategies to use video to promote and send messages in order to communicate more effectively to
the church and the world

Pay: $43,392.82 - $73,000.00 per year
