Warehouse Associate
Professional company seeks to hire a full time Warehouse Associate for its fast-paced office.
This person will be hands on and must be a hardworking self-starter who is reliable and inquisitive with impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting, receiving and shelving incoming goods/sending receiving logs to NY
- Packing and shipping orders with our various forwarders (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Managing stock transfers between multiple locations
- Keeping accurate inventory listings
- Preparing Racks and consoles to spec for orders.
- Strapping and wrapping of skids
- Scanning/Sending of corresponding paperwork back to NY office of orders shipped.
- Scheduling, conducting, reporting and reconciling periodic inventory counts
- Maintain clean, organized and safe shipping and warehouse spaces
- Ensure the receipt and shipping of goods are performed within documented procedures
- Order entry
- Billing support
- Handling returns paperwork/follow up on return exchanges
- Follow up tracking with product in the field
- Maintaining the daily organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Train under our Support staff to check QC on products
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to operate forklift, and pallet jacks
- Must be able to lift 65 lbs. and move heavy equipment with warehouse tools safely
- Strong computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft office applications
- Must be a problem solver and excellent team player with a desire to learn
- Attention to detail, timely follow up on open issues
- Creativity to provide solutions to complex customer logistics requirements
- Ability to assess the environment and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to multitask
- Dependable and punctual
- Pleasant attitude
- Able and willing to travel to our other warehouses periodically
Salary commensurate with experience, medical benefits and appropriate vacation time will be offered to a well-suited candidate.
