Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medicare Broker Manager role based in Doral, FL. The Medicare Broker Manager will be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of Medicare agents, overseeing the implementation of sales strategies to drive growth, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers and agencies. Daily tasks will include managing a portfolio of brokers, delivering targeted sales goals, and providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure the success of contracted agents. The role also involves staying updated on Medicare products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, relationship management, and training diverse teams
- Knowledge of Medicare products, healthcare programs, and insurance industry regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective marketing or sales strategies
- Proficient in using CRM systems and office productivity software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and team development is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to simplify complex Medicare concepts into easy-to-understand training.
- Willingness to travel.
