Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry.
- Assist in account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Facilitate the transmission of data to various partners.
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist in preparing client invoices.
- Assist in various audit tasks and inquiries.
- Scan documents into the document management system.
- Process payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes.
- Ability to perform technical accounting tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
