We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses while ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust press operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and output goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and maintenance performed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
