Outside Sales Representative
Imperial USA is currently searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team to take ownership of our existing relationships and grow new business in the Central region. You will be the face of Imperial USA in your region, supporting our network of distributors, leading product training, and making regular customer visits, while just as actively hunting new accounts and growing revenue. ***Must reside near Indianapolis, Chicago, or Louisville***

Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday – Friday
What we’re looking for:
- Must have outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience in the building and remodeling industry
- Knowledge in commercial doors, frames, hardware, and related building materials heavily preferred
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality – equally comfortable growing existing accounts and opening new ones
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills; Comfortable running product training sessions
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% throughout the territory for client and job-site visits
- Must be based in one of the metropolitan areas mentioned above
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel by car and air as needed
Territory Includes:
- Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Wisconsin
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary, client-facing point of contact representing Imperial USA in person and building trust in the field
- Actively prospect and open new accounts, driving revenue growth and building market share across the territory
- Call on key accounts and job sites across your territory to keep relationships strong and deals moving
- Collaborate with our inside sales and customer service team on quotes, order entry, and project follow-up
- Representing Imperial USA at industry trade shows, association events, and dealer/contractor meetings
- Keep a pulse on market activity, project bids, and competitor moves, and report back on pipeline and account activity
