Our ideal Director of Revenue Operations brings:
- 7–10 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or related experience
- Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth environment
- Strong expertise in forecasting, analytics, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment
What You’ll Do:
- Own and optimize the full revenue lifecycle (lead → close → retention)
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and performance analytics
- Align Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Technology, and Finance around shared goals
- Build scalable processes to improve conversion, efficiency, and client lifetime value
- Oversee CRM and RevOps tech stack strategy (Salesforce integrations)
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
- Partner with Finance on compensation, quotas, and capacity planning
