Community Construction Group, LLC. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Roswell, GA. As a General Contractor licensed throughout the Southeast, we specialize in the construction, renovation, and restoration of multi-family properties. What you’ll be doing:
- Support Project Administrators and Senior Staff by providing information to or collecting information from subcontractors and customers.
- Perform workflow tasks related to project accounting (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
- Assist in processing Certified Payroll documentation as required by specific jobs.
- Assist in preparing for financial and insurance audits by compiling necessary information per the direction of the executives.
- Perform general administrative duties in office, including but not limited to documentation, answering phones, ordering supplies, filing, organization, etc.
- Perform internet research to gather and communicate information on requested topics.
- Complete tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.
What you need to succeed:
- A 4-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
- Relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Must have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with or knowledge of Viewpoint Vista or similar financial/accounting systems, AIA Contract Documents and/or Procore, is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must work well independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies.
Salary : $30,000 - $40,000
