Direct Support Professional (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Available Shifts:
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Overnight (Weekdays & Weekends): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and support in a respectful, positive manner
- Encourage independence and personal growth for individuals served
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED, or 1 year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per month (20 hours every two weeks)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record
- Smartphone and ability to use apps for scheduling, documentation, and training
- Stable employment and financial history
- Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background checks, and child/adult protective services screenings
