Head Concierge

- Hourly Pay Range: $18-23 per hour

Position Summary
The Head Concierge serves both internal customers (Partners, leadership, affiliated services, and colleagues) and external customers (buyers, sellers, outside brokers, title, mortgage, inspectors, appraisers, vendors, and service providers). This role supports administrative, hospitality, and barista functions that enhance Partner productivity, client experience, and operational compliance.
The Head Concierge is a member of a Partner’s support team and provides consistent, uniform services to assigned Partners in support of real estate transactions and office operations.
Essential Job Functions
The following duties are essential to the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Answer phones and route calls appropriately
- Greet and assist clients, agents, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintain the daily welcome board and shared office communications
- Prepare buyer, seller, relocation, and marketing packets
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and upkeep
- Manage inbound and outbound mail and inter-office deliveries
- Maintain coffee, beverage, and hospitality areas throughout the office
Barista & Hospitality Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages for clients, agents, and staff
- Operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipment in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Stock coffee, beverage, and hospitality supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of beverage stations throughout the day
- Deliver a high level of hospitality and customer service consistent with company standards
- Order, stock, and organize office and marketing supplies
- Manage shared calendars, floor schedules, and meeting room schedules
- Update internal phone lists and resource directories
- Coordinate with the Facilities Manager on building maintenance needs
- Support Partner marketing efforts, including labeling and ordering materials
- Assist with CRM/database maintenance for assigned Partners
- Provide administrative and operational support to the office as needed
- Perform other job-related duties consistent with the nature and scope of this position
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
- Real estate industry experience or familiarity preferred
Work Schedule & Pay Practices
- Scheduled hours will be communicated in advance
- This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position in accordance with Colorado and federal wage laws
- Overtime will be paid for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in compliance with law
