Responsibilities will include -
Candidates must possess solid legal experience, knowledge working with legal contracts, advanced Microsoft Suite, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

- Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence
- Preparing and managing detailed contracts
- Maintaining client files, filing court documents and document management
- Preparing attorney billing documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Extensive client and vendor contact
- Assist with trial preparation
