Position Overview
We are seeking a strong and compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Unit Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN Registered Nurse to step into a hands-on leadership role and oversee a Subacute / High-Dependency Unit.

RN Job Requirements
- Active VT RN License
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team as an RN Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate care for all residents on the unit
- Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse
