The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care and support to residents to help maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Safely turning, positioning, and transferring residents
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Providing hygiene and comfort care between meals
Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Supporting a positive, professional, and collaborative team atmosphere
Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills
Dependable, professional, and committed to resident care
New graduates are welcome
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
Positions: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem
