Job Summary
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Learning the duties of various roles in the breaker department. This position can work on moving materials one day and scrapping metal the next. This can be a seasonal, part-time, or full-time role.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be able to work indoors/outdoors
- Be able to stand, walk, squat, and kneel throughout the shift
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be willing to learn new skills and advance in the company
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize spacing
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, kitting and picking processes.
- Other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned as needed.
- Ability to maintain good housekeeping of designated work area.
- Capable of lifting 50-pounts.
- Use Pallet/Hand Jacks, box cutters, chop saw, and tape guns.
- Detail oriented, great attitude, team player, well organized.
- Good time management skills; be able to multi-task
- Able to work at fast pace
- Work well in a team environment.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
High school or equivalent GED certification.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Occasional reaching/working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 75 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 25 pounds.
The recruiting base salary range for this full time position is $37,440.00 - $45.760.00/year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Company provides company sponsored short-term and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company’s 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for commonly paid company Holidays and receive 10 sick days and will begin accruing up to 10 vacation days annually, which will begin accruing on first date of employment and may be used immediately upon joining the team.
