- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat and referral business

- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or equivalent (required)
- Experience with equity mining tools (e.g., Automotive Mastermind) is a plus
- Strong ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude
- Desire to thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
- High-energy personality with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a clean driving record
