Toyota of Albuquerque is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Process customer payments accurately using cash, checks, and authorized credit accounts.
• Reconcile repair orders and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Calculate labor, parts, taxes, shop supplies, and warranty charges as applicable.
• Complete accounting entries and documentation for repair orders in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily cash accountability.
• Securely handle customer vehicle keys and return them upon payment completion.
• File repair orders and maintain organized service records.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
• Support the service and accounting departments with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems.
• Ability to work effectively within established processes and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
