Overview
Audi North Miami, part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail new and used. We are looking to add a quality PRE OWNED SALES DIRECTOR to our team. This is a position for the professional - one that knows how to profitably manage the Used Vehicle Sales Department and our sales team's success.
This position requires the type of individual that enthusiastically engages our clients and sales associates during and throughout the sale.
Some of our Job Responsibilities:
- Grow UV department and exceed budget expectations
- Manage operations for UV department
- Recruit, hire, and develop a retail sales force
- Acquire, manage, and merchandize inventory
- Appraise all incoming used vehicles
- Ensure timely reconditioning and quality internet photographs
- Other duties may be assigned by general management
Requirements:
- 5 years of Pre Owned Sales Management experience required
- Luxury experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Motivated and desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment
- Valid driver license good driving record
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
