- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- Minimum 6-months of Professional Automotive Technician Experience (dealership or independent)
- Must be Open to Flag/Flat-Rate
- ASE or Manufacturer Certifications (preferred)
- Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
- Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability
- Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
