Our technicians play a critical role in the customer experience, and we value individuals who are driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to being part of a team that supports both its customers and employees.
- Chevrolet-certified technicians are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- 2 years of experience as a flat-rate (flag) Chevrolet Technician with proven production and diagnostic ability
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance strongly preferred
- Manufacturer certifications are a strong plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
