Responsibilities
- Manage the full application lifecycle from planning, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce development standards around technology stacks, coding practices, and testing
- Oversee development, configuration, integration, and support of web and cloud-based applications.
- Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks that support modern development practices and DevOps integration.
- Monitor performance, reliability, security and coordinate efforts to address issues and improvements.
- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and business priorities.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Partner with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in application management, software development, or solution architecture.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Vue.js, .NET (C#), and Azure cloud services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align IT solutions with business strategy.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within IT.
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations / API management
