Responsibilities
- Properly complete service and repairs for which you are trained, as assigned by management
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs (diesel, medium/heavy duty, and general automotive as applicable)
- Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
- Complete all work according to published procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
- Operate company or customer vehicles in accordance with company driving policies
- Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times, including behavior and appearance
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer non-public information
- Adhere strictly to safe driving practices; handheld device use while driving for work purposes is prohibited
- Safety must always come before productivity or convenience
Qualifications

- Enrolled in a Tech Program OR Lube tech experience
- 3 years experience as a B-Level or Mainline Technician, Diesel Technician, or Medium/Heavy-Duty Technician (for experienced roles)
- 3–4 years diesel experience preferred (diesel positions)
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and electrical skills (mainline, diesel, medium/heavy duty tech)
- ASE, START, or OEM certifications preferred but not required
- Ford diesel experience a plus (diesel)
- Required tools based on experience level
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
