Groundworks, the nation’s leading foundation services company, is seeking a driven and experienced Foreman to lead our crew in Phoenix, Arizona. If you're passionate about hands-on work, leading teams, and making a lasting impact on homes and families across Arizona, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Make a hands-on impact on every job - we WIN TOGETHER
• Roll your sleeves, get in the dirt, go boots-on-the ground, to install foundation repair and waterproofing solutions on residential projects - it's a dirty job
• Lead by example and inspire a high-performing crew to get the job done right, the first time
• Ensure a safe and clean job site, every time
• Assign tasks and oversee installations with precision and efficiency
• Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with pride
• Mentor and train crew members to grow their skills - we WIN TOGETHER
• Safely operate company vehicles (box truck/trailers) and equipment (mini excavators)
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading crews or small teams in construction or related fields
• Solid understanding of foundation repair, waterproofing, or mechanical systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
• Willingness to work in crawl spaces and confined areas
