What You’ll Do:
- Lead the permitting process for assigned projects, including preparing and submitting permit applications and tracking approvals.
- Communicate with local, county, state, and federal agencies to facilitate regulatory reviews and approvals.
- Research and maintain up-to-date filing requirements across jurisdictions.
- Monitor changes in regulations and keep internal teams informed.
- Collaborate with local permitting expeditors to streamline approvals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized documentation.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for approvals.
- Proactively assist in expediting project approvals and closing out expired permits.
- Assist with resolving administrative issues and support other business needs as required.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self-starter
- At least one year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Reliable on-site attendance and a valid driver’s license.
