The Budtender serves as the face of the dispensary, delivering exceptional customer service while guiding guests through the cannabis purchasing process. This role assists customers in selecting products that meet their individual needs, ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, and processes transactions accurately at the point of sale. In addition to supporting daily retail operations—including front desk reception, online order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor—the Budtender plays a key role in creating a seamless and welcoming customer experience.
