What You'll Be Doing
As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in delivering expert landscaping services to our commercial clients. Daily tasks include:
- Mowing, edging, and trimming
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Laying sod and applying fertilizers
- Pruning and maintaining perennial beds
- Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining clean and safe job sites

What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Landscaping experience is a plus-but not required!
