Landscape Crew Member/Leader - up to $30/hr

Responsibilities on Our Team:
- Must be on time
- Crew leader - Lead crew to attain production quality and achieve production goals.
- represent yourself and the company in a professional manner
- Safely operate equipment such as push, walk-behind, and ride-on mowers; trimmers, edgers, pruners, using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Engage in enhancement work such as mulching, annual flowers, plant installs, fertilization, and irrigation repairs.
- Engage in routine training in an effort to strive for excellence in your work and customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of landscape experience
- Minimum 1 year of crew leadership experience
- Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions, standing or stooping for extended periods of time, long or irregular hours including occasional Saturdays.
- Able to stand on ladders or to climb onto truck beds to retrieve tools and materials.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to and from the company facility.
Pay Range:
- Full Time Adult (21 yrs ): $20 to $30 an hour
