From setting up a last-minute meeting to pulling together a great in-office event, you help create an environment where people feel supported, energized, and excited to be at work.

- Act as the main point of contact for building management and office-related vendors
- Manage office access, including badge systems and permissions
- Oversee parking accounts, passes, and voucher distribution
- Jump in to troubleshoot issues and keep things running without disruption
- Coordinate travel including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Plan and execute team events, lunches, and company gatherings
- Support employee anniversary and awards programs
- Set up and break down meetings, events, and shared spaces
- Partner with teams across the company to support workplace and event needs
- 1–3 years in workplace experience, office coordination, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, no-task-too-small mindset
- Experience planning events or coordinating logistics
- Clear communication and a problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience with vendors, budgets, or office operations (nice to have)
- Familiarity with travel coordination tools (nice to have)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., creating simple event materials, signage, or presentations) (Canva, Photoshop) (nice to have)
