Overview
Groundbreaking innovations will be looking to hire 1 to 2 workers soon. We are looking for dedicated, hard working employees who want to show up every day on time, make an honest paycheck, and willing to help. The job will be working with underground utilities (water/sewer, power, fiber, and pipe). The more experienced, the better. Pay will be based upon experience. Travel may be required at times, but the day to day plan is to be home every night. Experience operating machines is also a plus but not required. Duties
- Assist with the excavation, installation, and repair of underground utility lines using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely to dig trenches, backfill trenches, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections of underground utilities to identify potential issues or hazards before beginning work.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with underground utilities or in construction is preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including digging, lifting heavy materials, and working in confined spaces.
- Good communication skills
