Position Overview
A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for managing phone communications, scheduling jobs, coordinating field staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reviewing data before sending to clients. Success in this role requires strong multitasking ability, professionalism, and adherence to established service guidelines. This position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operational flow within the organization.
Responsibilities
Client Relations:
- Acts as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Handles inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Calls/enters 811 tickets into the state One-Call systems as needed.
- Listens to customers' needs or issues and provides effective solutions.
- Provides information about services.
- Assists with scheduling requests.
- Follows templated scripts for common questions.
- Adheres to specific guidelines when handling inquiries.
- Reviews client information folders and provides relevant data to clients.
- Identifies customer needs in order to recommend appropriate service lines.
- Reports recurring issues to management.
- Reviews previous day’s job tickets for billing and payroll accuracy.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills with both clients and teammates.
- Previous customer relations experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and related software packages.
