Ground Up Construction Recruiting is working with a growing commercial GC that's on track to hit $30M in revenue this year. They specialize in commercial office remodels and tenant improvements with strong partnerships across the greater Omaha region. The Opportunity
We're helping them add a Superintendent to their field leadership team due to growth. Your first project will be a $1M commercial office remodel kicking off mid-July, and you'll become a key part of how they deliver projects to their clients. Most of their work is in the Omaha metro, keeping you home every night and your windshield time low.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial remodels and tenant improvements
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and quality on projects typically ranging from $200K–$5M
- Run one project at a time, with occasional multi-phase campus work
- Collaborate closely with the PM and PE team
What We're Looking For
- Solid commercial construction experience—office remodel and TI background is a strong plus
- Someone who knows their craft and can elevate the sophistication of field operations
- Confident but humble—you lead through respect, not ego
- Strong communication/soft skills with clients, subs, and internal teams
- Based in the Omaha/Lincoln/Council Bluffs area (or open to relocating)
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000–$110,000 base salary
- Vehicle allowance ($400/month) gas card
