Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the construction and the execution of high-end construction and landscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury residential construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction, from pre-construction to final completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field staff.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any concerns.
- Prepare project reports and updates for leadership and clients.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in custom residential construction, with landscape project experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and landscape installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and high-end client expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
