Plant Manager – Lead Operations. Build Culture. Drive Change.
EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is looking for a strong, hands-on Plant Manager to lead and transform one of our manufacturing operations. This is more than a traditional plant leadership role — we are looking for a driven operational leader who can build structure, improve performance, develop people, and create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations including safety, production, quality, efficiency, employee engagement, and financial performance. You will play a key role in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, strengthening operational systems, and leading culture change across the facility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence
- Build and improve systems, processes, and leadership routines
- Champion safety, quality, and employee engagement
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach and develop supervisors and frontline leaders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Implement Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S and standard work
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 5 years in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven experience leading operational improvements and culture transformation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Financial and operational management experience
