Position Overview
The Landscape Maintenance Field Coordinator supports the Maintenance Operations Manager in leading field production operations for maintenance and enhancement services. This role works closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager and Account Managers to help coordinate daily operations, execute service contracts to specification, and ensure crews are operating efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and enhancement field production operations to ensure exceptional quality, operational efficiency, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with daily scheduling, crew routing, and labor allocation to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources to ensure seamless job execution
- Conduct on-site quality control inspections to ensure contract specifications are consistently met
- Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance across all crews
- Partner closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager and Account Managers to deliver contracts and enhancement projects on or under budget
- Assist with supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, quality, and team performance
- Maintain strong communication with crews and internal leadership
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Knowledge of equipment, materials, and best practices in landscape maintenance
