Ground Force Solutions is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help grow our landscaping, property maintenance, and small construction project divisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers improve their properties. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with residential and commercial clients, preparing estimates, following up on proposals, and helping turn opportunities into completed projects.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective residential and commercial clients
- Respond to incoming sales leads and inquiries
- Conduct site visits and property evaluations
- Prepare and present proposals for landscaping, lawn maintenance, concrete, excavation, drainage, hardscape, and other small projects
- Follow up on outstanding estimates and proposals
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, builders, realtors, and homeowne
- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Maintain customer information and sales activity within company systems
- Coordinate project handoff to operations staff once work is sold
- Represent Ground Force Solutions professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping, construction, excavation, or property maintenance is beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage a schedule and work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record
