Key Responsibilities
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, etc.
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
- Load/unload materials and keep the worksite clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to do physical labor outdoors in all weather
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, not required
- Good with tools and machinery (or ready to learn)
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred(3 years driving experience)
