We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Irrigation Lead to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler and irrigation systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while mentoring team members.
In addition to irrigation projects, you’ll support seasonal service lines such as holiday lighting, snow removal, and chemcare—ensuring steady, year-round employment. Key Responsibilities
Perform startups, shutdowns, and winterizations of irrigation systems
Diagnose and repair issues including broken lines, valves, controllers, and pumps
Complete system certifications and maintain compliance documentation
Lead and mentor crew members to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
Train staff on irrigation techniques, diagnostics, and safety procedures
Maintain tools, vehicles, and shop spaces for safety and readiness
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management
Use digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and equipment tracking
Support other service lines (landscaping, snow removal, holiday décor, chemcare) during off-season periods
Work occasional Saturdays as needed during peak seasons
Required Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Arkansas RPZ//Backflow Certification (company will cover training and testing costs)
Physical ability to work outdoors year-round, lift//push//pull up to 150 lbs, and walk several miles daily
Strong English comprehension skills (reading, writing, math)
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Prior irrigation or landscaping experience with leadership responsibilities
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy with apps, tablets, and scheduling software
Familiarity with small engine tools, trailers, and equipment maintenance
