Ground Control is hiring an experienced Lawn Care Crew Lead to help lead daily operations and deliver high-quality outdoor services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with professional equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily lawn care operations and job sites
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on every property
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Lead by example with strong work ethic and attention to detail
Requirements
- 1 year lawn care or green industry experience
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
- DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible availability with varied daily end times
Equipment Experience Preferred
- Commercial zero-turn mowers
- Weed trimmers / weed whipping
- Backpack blowers
- Powered hedge trimmers
- Leaf loader systems
- Hydraulic dump trailers
- Pulling trailers
Green industry knowledge is a plus — we provide all necessary training.
